Come check out Houston area’s minor league baseball team, the Sugar Land Skeeters! Currently, they are leading their division and have clinched a spot in the playoffs. I’ll be practicing my scorekeeping skills too, so let me know in advance if you want to learn how and I can get you a scorebook for $5 (reimbursable to me).
Even if you don’t like baseball, there are plenty of stadium snacks and beer to go around, and it’s Fireworks Night after the game! There is plenty of entertainment between innings, too.

There were plenty of seats near mine when I got my tickets on 8/14! Tickets are $14 + $1 convenience fee for online ordering. Parking at the stadium is $5 per vehicle. I’ll have a couple of buckets to get discounted popcorn we can share and potentially an extra beer/and or soft drink glass for discounted beer & drinks.
