Trail Repair
We’re working with Huntsville State Park and we will be focusing on trying to clean-up and repair damage along the Northern Chinquapin Trail that was caused by Hurricane Harvey.
Harvey made quite a mess and many parks are not event close to recovery. Some parks and trails across Texas are even closed indefinitely. We’re working with Huntsville State Park and we will be focusing on trying to clean-up and repair damage along the Northern Chinquapin Trail that was caused by Hurricane Harvey.
We had a great time last month with the park ranger learning about the park ecosystem. ROCK CLIMBERS ATTENTION, our park ranger Ted used to work at Hueco Tanks (climbing heaven), if you are interested, you should definitely be at this event to pick his brain on how to get a permit to climb there. Plus, we use the trails so let’s help clean them up.
