Stand up Paddleboarding is a great full body workout when done properly. Using your core instead of your arms, gives you power in each stroke. Plus, you won’t get tired as quickly!
Not comfortable standing yet? No problem. You can kneel or sit on the boards and still have a pleasant time.
What to bring:
- Water
- Clothes that can get wet
- Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, clothes that cover your skin)
- Snacks
It’s best to paddleboard barefoot. You can feel the board moving better and you get a better grip.
