Evening Picnic + Houston Symphony Performance
Let’s have a picnic at the lake picnic area in Hermann Park! After having some good food we can stay to catch the performance of the Houston Symphony at the Miller Outdoor theater.
Let’s have a picnic at the lake picnic area in Hermann Park (This space is located between the Miller Outdoor Theater and lake plaza – look for the HTXOutdoor Sign!).
What to bring?:
– Finger food to share
– BYOB (Alcohol is allowed but remember no glass!)
– Games if you have
– Chair.
After having some good food we can stay to catch the performance of the Houston Symphony at the Miller Outdoor theater.
Times:
Picnic – From 18:00 to 20:00
Symphony Performance: 20:00 to 22:30, performance starts at 20:30, but is better to get a place a little early in the evening.

Parking: Free parking is available at the Sam Houston Monument (Lot A), the large central parking lots in front of the Houston Zoo (Lots G and F) and across the street (Lot H), near Miller Outdoor Theatre (Lots E and D). Parking Lot C, previously accessible off Hermann Park Drive has been replaced with a new lot located off Hermann Drive with entrances at Crawford and Jackson Streets.
