2018 Training Ride Series
Ready to get in cycling shape? Time to step up your riding skills and distance? Or, even planning on riding the MS150?
Ready to get in cycling shape? Time to step up your riding skills and distance? Or, even planning on riding the MS150?
ms150 is NOT a requirement, a large number of our cyclists who ride this Series are riding just for fun, exercise, skill, and distance.
This is where you register for the training series. When registering here you are ONLY registering for the training. If you want to stay at the BCO B&B – please sign up here.
This is an incredible opportunity to do several (about 11-13) fully supported rides. We typically start with shorter distances that allow cyclists to get their riding legs in shape and learn to ride in a group if group riding is new to you.
Each week we offer 2-3 distance choices, starting short and moving up in distance. If you are a strong rider you can choose to ride the course twice or until the ride support ends. After the first few weeks, we then add in hills to our rides. If you are planning on riding the MS150 you will be ready to roll out strong. If you just want to increase your riding ability this is the way to do it. Every year I enjoy this series more than the year before! – Kelly

We do ask that everyone who trains with us also help us with a Support Ride at least once every two years – a lot of work goes into the rides and the help is imperative. This year we will have some very cool options for our volunteers, jump in early – Thanks!
(please note: ALL riders are required to take a Skills & Safety Class every 3 years. We are very serious about keeping our riders safe and injury free – the class is FREE for BCO members, will be posted to the BCO calendar and remember to sign up early)
