HTXO Event Leader Dinner

Calling all current Event Leaders, want-to-be-Event Leaders, or don’t-know-if-you-want-to-be-Event-Leaders…this event is JUST FOR YOU!

 

Join us for a potato bar at Beck’s Prime! We’ll have the meeting room so plenty of space for planning!  Half party and half informative meeting, all current and prospective HTXO Event Leaders are invited to attend this event. I’ll have some flip charts so we can brainstorm and come up with events together!

NOTE: Dinner is on HTXO, please pay for your own drink(s)

 

Thinking about becoming an HTXO Event Leader?

We’re not surprised. Being an Event Leader has a lot of pros; it’s easy to get to know members, membership is discounted, and you can always count on occasional free dinner or drinks on us, just to name a few! Extra bonus: it’s less work and more play than most people think!

 

Tonight, we’ll discuss upcoming event ideas, what it takes to be a Leader, and, of course, the perks. This meeting is designed to leave you with a satisfied stomach and all the information you need to make a final decision.

Parking – The left part of the parking lot is open.  It costs $1 to park for 3 hours and the money supports Memorial park.

 

How to find the group:  

We’ll be in the large room.  You can come in the side door if the brown walls are closed.
