Let’s get a break from the Houston heat and have some fun in the water with stand up paddle board yoga. The classes are organized by Big Yoga and they are for all levels, including beginner paddlers and beginner yogis.
The class will start at 11:30 AM but we will meet at 11:15 AM for waivers, parking, sunscreen, etc. The two hour class format includes approximately 30 minutes of on-land instruction, 15 minutes of paddle time, and 75 minutes of yoga on the water.

What to bring:
* Comfortable clothes to get wet and do yoga posses in
