Payment Details:

$125 non-refundable fee to reserve your spot.  Pay on the HTXO site to hold your spot. This amount will be applied to the guides’ tips.

$350 non-refundable G-Adventures deposit is due by Aug 15^th.  Paid to G-Advetnures. (after you RSVP, we’ll send you a spreadsheet to complete. Once complete, G-Adventures will call you.)

Remainder:  $850 due in March 2020 (the card on file will be charged automatically or you can call to change it)

Food: Lunch & Dinner during hotel days ~$200

Taxi from Cusco Airport: ~$25 each way

Extra Hotel Nights:  ~$50-80 per night

Travel Insurance – ~$200 (you can get from g-adventures)

Flight: ~$700

If you need to spend the night in Lima, Taxi to Lima ~$25.  Hotel: ~$100
