HTXoutdoors RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ADMITTANCE TO ANYONE, SUSPEND INTRODUCTIONS, OR TERMINATE THE SUBSCRIPTION IF THE PARTICIPANT EXHIBITS ANTI-SOCIAL, INAPPROPRIATE OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR OR ATTEMPTS TO USE THESE SERVICES FOR IMPROPER, IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR EXPLOITATIVE PURPOSES.

Membership Fee Refund Policy
Refund Policy: You can cancel your membership anytime. If you cancel your membership within the first 30 days of the first payment, you can receive a 100% refund. You must email info@HTXoutdoors.com to request the refund. If a refund is not requested, when you cancel your membership, your members will be active until the end of your payment period.
Membership Cancelation Policy:
You must cancel your membership at least 3 days before your next payment. When you cancel before your next payment, there is no cancelation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the payment, we will issue a 90% refund. No refunds after 30 days from each payment.
You may cancel your membership online via the membership portal. When you cancel via the membership portal, your membership will expire at the end of that payment period. If you wish to receive a refund, you must email info@HTXoutdoors.com.
You may also cancel your membership by emailing info@HTXoutdoors.com at least 3 days before your next payment. If we don’t have 3 days notice, we can’t guarantee we cancel before your next payment is processed.

Hiking Tips – Full Access – There are no refunds for this product since you immediately get full access to all of the tips. If you do not wish to purchase, you may sign up for our free version of this course which is dripped 1 day at at time for 21 days.
Pre-Pay Event Cancellation Policy
Most events that require payment have the specific cancelation policy listed in the event description. Please check your event for details. Unless otherwise noted in the Event Payment Details, as general rule, refunds may be obtained provided that cancellations are received at least 1 week prior to the Event. However, refunds for events are not guaranteed. Refunds depend upon the policies of 3rd party vendors and other factors.
