Camping @ Ratcliff Lake Recreational Area

Not going to Zion National Park this weekend? We got you covered. We have a campsite at Ratcliff Lake Recreational Area, part of the Davy Crockett National Forest, only 2.5 hrs. from Houston.

Join us as we relax at this campsite close to the lake. We will explore the 4C National Recreational Trail- a 20 miles trail which we backpacked early this year. We will probably hike around 5 miles. Choose your own hike.

Not in the mood for hiking? Bring a chair or hammock and chill while enjoying this awesome weather.

Our campsite have water and electricity.

If you want to practice for the upcoming backpacking trips, bring a backpack with some weight.

Bring your own gear and food- unfortunately we wont be having Amy’s food or dutch oven brownies.

We only have 6 spots left and have space for two cars, so let’s coordinate carpooling.
