Trail running for Turtles (the slower side of our runners) OR people who would like to walk/run and then hang out with us afterward.
Not sure if you can keep up on the trails with the turtles?
ANYONE can keep up with me!!
Plus – we’ll be going out for dinner after at Shandy’s Cafe.
In the beginning, we will run about 12-13 minute miles, likely alternating between running and walking. We will be sure to adjust the speed and intervals based on the group.
Come on out to Memorial Park for a 3ish mile trail run/walk through the woods at Memorial Park after work.
We will meet at 6:30 pm we’ll be starting at 6:40 pm
Wear shoes that you normally run in, the trails are dirt with some ups and downs.
Don’t forget to bring water!!!
Whether you are training for a race or just getting out for some exercise, join us for a fun run on the trails.
Also, bring a mat for stretching if you want or a chair to lounge in after we run.
