Want to build up strength and endurance that will help with all styles of activities, including hiking, biking, or kayaking?
Come join us for a 45min-1hr indoor workout focused on cardiovascular health and functional movements. This series of exercises cater to all skill levels, providing a full-body workout with the intention of building strength and endurance to help us with everyday movements. And we promise… no burpees! 🙂 This is a great way to not only improve our health but also prepare our bodies for any and all upcoming HTXO adventures!
What to bring and wear:
Wear light, standard workout clothing and appropriate footwear suitable for running and athletic-style jumping. You will need a small towel for sweat and a full water bottle for hydration throughout the workout.
Class Size: 10 people max, so sign up now!
Meet Time: The class starts at 6:15 pm sharp, so please arrive a little early to find parking and the meetup spot.
