Hermann Park is one of Houston’s most popular and largest parks with over 440 acres of wooded and cleared land and home to many animals including a large zoo. Hermann Park is not only the home of the Houston Zoo but also the Reflection Pool, Japanese Gardens, Bayou, Golf Course, Garden Center. Hermann Park is located just south of Downtown near the Texas Medical Center and offers great views of the Medical Center area.
