This race is a super fun muddy 5K obstacle course race! I have done this race at this location for the last 2 years and I promise its a good one 😉. Several members of my gym will be racing too so we should have a good crew.

Recommendations for race day: DO NOT WEAR COTTON! Wear performance fabric and thank me later. Compression gear is also helpful but not necessary. I highly recommend shoes that have some grip, like trail runners, to help with the mud but also not necessary. For the day of, bring a change of clothes, bag to put muddy clothes in, and a towel.
