How to Find the Group/How you will get your Ticket:

Meet at Will Call at 9:30 am. Please allow time to park and find the group so you’re meeting the group at 9:30.  Cell Service is not good in the park; therefore, don’t count on being able to call.

Getting your Ticket:  Trish will have all of the tickets at the gate.  You must get your ticket from Trish at the gate before he enters the park.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you are not with the group by the time we enter the park , you will not get a ticket.  The park is very large, and it’s not fair to the group to have to go back to the gate continuously.  If you text Amy, you MIGHT be able to get a ticket after 9:30 am, but there is no guarantee.

How to get there:

The Festival is located at 21778 FM 1774, Todd Mission, Texas, 77363, approximately 50 miles northwest of downtown Houston, Texas.

Direction:
Come from the north. There are many ways to get to the festival. Traffic is heaviest along FM 1774 between Tomball and Magnolia and again on FM 1774 between Magnolia and the Festival. To avoid this congestion, try coming from the north side of the Festival on FM 1774 from Plantersville. There are two ways to get to the Festival from this direction.
– Take I-45 north to Conroe, Texas, and exit onto HWY 105 West. Go approximately 25 miles on HWY 105 to Plantersville and turn left onto FM 1774. The Festival is only 6 miles south on FM 1774.
– Take HWY 290 east to HWY 6 in Hempstead, then go north on HWY 6 to Hwy 105 in Navasota. Take Hwy 105 east, approximately 15 miles to Plantersville. In Plantersville, turn right onto FM 1774 and go south for 6 miles to the Festival entrance.

Ignore the apps! Many directional apps and GPS systems will suggest alternate routes to avoid heavy traffic coming to the Festival. These routes may take you through residential areas or private roads that are closed to festival traffic. If you take these alternate routes, you may find yourself forced to turn back and go back to the main route, costing you even more time. Please follow the directional signs and routes law enforcement and traffic control indicate.

An update on festival entrances from the RenFest page:
To ease traffic issues, we ask that patrons arriving in motor-powered metal boxes on wheels adhere to this map: ALL visitors approaching from the South (Magnolia & 1774) are asked to use the main entrance (South Gate)–and ALL visitors approaching from the North (249) are asked to use the North Gate (turn at the Exxon, go down the road a short way, North Gate parking entrance is right next to the campgrounds entrance).

Note: Festival traffic will be monitored from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. each day the festival is open. While the TRF website, Facebook, and Instagram platforms will be updated with traffic information, the most up-to-date source for traffic information will be Twitter @TexRenFest.

Parking:

Please allow plenty of time to find parking and find will call.  Allow for traffic.  You can get a preferred parking ticket for $25 or a valet for $40.  General parking is free.  www.texrenfest.com/parking
