Do you need help getting back into the swing of things… sign up for events, showing up for events, feeling good about where you are? Do you just want to talk to a group of people going through the same things as you?
Even if you’re doing pretty good and just want some additional support, join us on Monday nights!
I’m going to put together a simple journal for you to use if you don’t have one already. This forum is very relaxed. We’ll meet on a Zoom call. We’ll make a plan for the week and report in on last week. We’ll set some basic goals. And we’ll just be supportive!
I’m by no means a fitness coach. I just know that when I say my goals out loud to others and have to report back on meeting those goals, I do a lot better. We’ll make adjustments as we go.
