Come enjoy fresh air, good company, and a beautiful sunset atmosphere along the water! ☀️
Member Only Information:
We’ll enjoy an easy-paced walk of approximately 3 to 3.5 miles through the scenic Clear Lake Shores area. Along the way, we’ll likely spot pelicans, egrets, ducks, and other coastal wildlife while taking in peaceful waterfront views filled with boats and charming canal homes. We’ll also pass by some fun and unique artwork displayed throughout the neighborhood.

Meet by the stairs near the front door, where Ana will be waiting with the BCO sign.

What to Bring:
– Water. The amount of water you need depends on various factors:
*How hydrated you are before the hike/jog
*The temperature
*How strenuous the hike is for you
– Sturdy Shoes – if it rained recently, wear something you don’t mind getting wet/muddy
– Non-cotton socks – keep your feet dry with a wool sock
– Light source when it is dark
– Sun Protection when it is hot outside – long sleeves/pants, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
– Bug Spray
– First Aid
Fees:
The Walk is free; bring some money if you plan to join us for some social afterward
Dog-Friendly:
Yes, Friendly Dogs are allowed. It’s up to the owner to decide if the dog can handle the stress and difficulty of the Event. ALWAYS bring water for your dog. Dogs do not regulate heat the same way as people do. We do not recommend taking them on long hikes in temperatures over 80 degrees. Dogs are also welcome on leash on the Galveston Bay Brewing’s large covered side patio.[/members_access]
