House in Packwood

We’re heading west!  Let’s share a house in cooler weather during the Houston heat.

Member only information:

 

• Arrive Tuesday, July 2nd (after 2pm)
• Depart Saturday, Jul 6nd (fly out late Saturday night or anytime Sunday… make your own hotel arrangements for Saturday)

House:

NOTE: We are sharing rooms and we fit an extra person or 2 if some some can share a bed (queen/king if sharing). Please note in the comments section if you can share a bed.

Food:

We will provide some food for you all to share.

An example food list (please add food restrictions to notes section when you sign up.)

• Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Saugage, Potatoes, Pancakes, Oatmeal, Coffee
• Lunch: Sandwich meat, bread, cheese, mayo, mustard
• Dinner: Sausages, Burgers, Spaghetti, Turkey, Veggies
• Snacks: Chips, salsa, guac, hummus, nuts, bars (to be used for lunches and pre-dinner snacks)

Fee Does not include:

• Flight
• Rental Cars / Gas
• Parking / Park Passes (note in the comments section if you have a national park pass)
• Beverages
• Housing Sat night (trip 2)

Rental Car:

Try to share cars among the group.  2-3 cars should be enough.  If you want to make sure you do exactly what you want when you want, please plan to rent your own car.  Gas should be split by the people sharing cars.

Flights:

Fly into Seattle or Portland (try to coordinate timing and airport with others so you can share rental cars.) We’ll start a Facebook Group chat once people start signing up.

Refund Policy:

Before May 28th  – 90%

After May 28th– no refund unless we fill your spot, then 90%
