Walk at Terry Hershey (Beltway Entrance)

Lets take a walk Westside peeps!!!

Experience Level: All Levels. Flat, Sidewalk.
We can break up into groups for different paces. It is a very easy trail and is flat most of the way. This is an in and out hike so we can turn around whenever. I am healing from an injury, so I am going to try to get to 4 miles, but we will see!

Dog Friendly? (Or Cat, we have a hiking cat in the group)
Dogs are allowed on leashes, but it is hot and the trail is concrete. If you do end up bringing your dog please bring your leash, water, and poop bags.

Kid Friendly? 
I don’t mind if you want to bring your kids to come walking. Please bring enough water for you both.

Bug Protection

Parking: 
There is parking at the entrance right off of the Beltway 8 feeder. The parking is underneath the beltway.

How to find the Group: 
I will try to wear my HTX shirt and be waiting by the parking lot. I will post an update in the FB event as well.

There are a lot of bikes on this trail usually so please keep to the right and pay attention.

I will begin with placing this at 6:30 for now, but let me know if you would like earlier times.
