Banff NP

Banff NP is Canada’s most popular park, and for good reason! It’s famous for its beautiful landscapes, dramatic mountains, and clear blue lakes. This is a DIY trip, so things such as transportation, lodging, food, etc. are completely up to you and the people that decide to go. If enough people decide to go, there will be a brief pre-trip meeting to go over the hikes, what there is to do, where we are staying, etc. The group should be about 6 people or less. The itinerary shown below has some fairly strenuous hikes. You are not required to follow it by any means, as there are PLENTY of trails to choose from! August is the busiest time of the year in the area, so expect some crowds in popular areas like Lake Louise.
